classic decoupage technique and sealed with a shiny smooth finish to prevent
scratching or water damage. Art Plates are created on standard-sized, phenolic
plastic, wall decor cover plates and are available in many standard and custom
sizes. Every Art Plate comes beautifully packaged in a see-through gift bag, ready for gift giving!
